Day 'you should have started sooner', but we'll call it 1

Should have started this a while back. But onto the tomorrow. 

Height: 67.5

Goal: 9 stone

Current: 10 stone 4 

DeadLine: Yesterday 

It's been good and it's been ruff - busy and hard to make time for the gym. I have past all my previous deadlines so I figured if I got more public about it - it would be a bit more critical. :) So off to the races tomorrow - 6:30am picture check in from the bike :)

Going back to mostly vegatarian - some organic free range chicken; but no red meat or resturant meat. still having fish and organic free range eggs (wish I could get the farm fresh eggs form back home!). Gotta say no to the temptations and keep up with the schedule. With work so crazy, mornings are the best time for the gym. Lord knows how I feel after work. 

Ok, 10:00pm bed for spin tomorrow.
